Terms and Conditions

• The Users order will be taken to be an order incorporating these terms and conditions which apply to the whole order
• When communicating about orders you must include the purchase order number
• No cancelation of an order will be accepted after delivery of the products or after 7 days from the date shown of the Users invoice
• The prices quoted by Orange Health are exclusive of any sales taxes or import duty outside of New Zealand
• Payment terms are strictly cash prior to despatch of any order.  Payment must be made on line on the Orange Health website.

Shipping and returns

• The products will be delivered to the User’s nominated address.  Orange Health will choose the carrier.
• Delivery times are an estimate only.
• Claims of wrongful delivery or damaged products must be noted in writing to Orange Health with 14 days of the invoice date
• Liability of Orange Health is limited to refund or replacement of defective goods. All other costs including freight must be paid by the User.
• Products cannot be returned for credit without prior written notice from the User to Orange Health
